Purpose of the Job: Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of preventive and corrective maintenance performed on the plant facilities equipment, as well as the verification of the requisitions, administration and use of spare parts.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Supervise plant technicians and evaluate their performance
- Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance system
- Develop and maintain a Max-Min spare part system in order to have proper inventory quantities of spare parts required for the equipment and machinery
- Coordinate service repairs and maintenance for the plant facilities equipment and forklifts
- Establish a training plan for technicians
- Effective communication within the departments
- Quick and effective problem solving in the operation
- Coordinate and organize the development and implementation of projects
- Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Sonova
- Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
- Comply with the 5s program




- Participate in Kaizen events
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, electrical, Electromechanical or related field.
- 3+ Year of experience in facilities equipment correctives and preventive maintenance
- 3+ Years in supervision of facilities maintenance technician
- Experience working in FDA/ISO ***** regulated environment
**Desirable**
- English ******%
- Must be able to take the lead role, especially when conducting maintenance tasks, meetings and interaction with the different departments on site.
- Experience on Sustainability culture, root cause analysis, GMP's, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment.
