**Your Job**
Ensure the efficient execution of logistics operations within Mexican territory by coordinating transportation capacity, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring proper processing of payments to logistics providers.
**Our Team**
Our team is accountable for the transaction of Logistics operations for finished goods of El Marques site (inbound / outbound domestic and cross borders).
We are responsible for meeting service metrics under economic thinking to optimize customer service.
This position is focused on ensuring the operational flow and main point of contact, from the transactional perspective, between our 3PL, Carriers, Intercompanies, Customs Agent and internal Capabilities.
**What You Will Do**
- Execute & ensure optimal logistics operation in a daily basis (fleet availability, on time arrival to plant, on time delivery and Total Permanence Vehicle, Incident Tracker)
- Connect with Customer Experience team to achieve optimal service to customers.
- Order planning scheduling matching fleet and warehouse capacity.
- Ensure stewardship and compliance with national laws and regulations.




- Coordinate ground transportation capacity for national routes, ensuring availability and efficiency.
- Maintain constant communication with 3PLs, warehouses, and internal customers.
- Control and follow up on payments to logistics providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual conditions.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
- Proficiency in logistics management tools (TMS, ERP, advanced Excel).
- Advanced English, spoken and written language proficiency.
