Job Summary
The _Solutions Designer_ will be based in _Guadalajara, North _and will be responsible for designing solutions for Flex's general warehouse management system.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- _ Determine required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation in order to meet customer's requirements_
- _ Assess the complexity of customization requirements and provide reasonable and best possible completion dates in cooperation with the development teams_
- _ Work with implementation teams and consultants to map business processes_
- _ Analyze business requirements and provide proposals how to optimize process with best practices_
- _ Write functional and technical specifications for developers_
Here is some of what you'll need (required):
- _ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience_




- _ Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors_
- _ Outstanding communication with Customers and other Cross-Functional Teams - with ability to manage expectations and influence in a positive and confident manner_
- _ Experience writing functional and technical specifications for developers and end-users_
