- Brindar apoyo en la identificación, análisis e implementación de oportunidades de mejora en los procesos productivos y administrativos, con el fin de incrementar la eficiencia, reducir desperdicios y fortalecer la cultura de mejora continua en la organización.
**What You'll Be Doing**Apoyar en levantamiento de procesos y análisis de tiempos y movimientos.

Colaborar en la identificación de desperdicios y áreas de oportunidad.

Participar en proyectos de mejora continua (5S, reducción de scrap, mejora de eficiencia).

Documentar procesos, procedimientos e instructivos.

Realizar reportes de indicadores clave (KPIs) y seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
**What We're Looking For**Estudiante de últimos semestres (6° en adelante) de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Procesos o afín.
- Contar con confiable facultativo (indispensable)
- Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas en turno matutino (indispensable)
- Periodo mínimo para realizar prácticas: 1 año
- Inglés avanzadoFundamentos de Lean Manufacturing.
(5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, etc.).

Conocimiento básico de herramientas de calidad.
(Ishikawa, 5 porqués, Pareto, AMEF, etc.-
Manejo intermedio - avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
