Monitors variations in the company's standard costs through the recording, analysis, and development of solutions, as well as the presentation of financial information that supports effective decision-making regarding new operational plans and policies.
**What You Will Do**:
- **To manage and optimize fixed and variable costs, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and alignment with operational objectives.

- **To perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and profitability improvement.

- **To define and monitor KPIs that measure plant performance and cost effectiveness.

- **To integrate EBIT management and CAPEX planning to enhance operational efficiency and return on investment.

- **To lead internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, process optimization, and long-term value creation within the organization.
