We are looking for a Development Engineer to join our Fluid Technology team in Oberwinterthur.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Fluid mechanical development related to separation and mixing technology.
- Development of new products and product optimization in collaboration with corresponding R&D; teams.
- Development of new simulation methodologies and testing and benchmarking available open-source software for simulation purpose.
- Efficient communication and presentation of technical results to wide range of external clients, internal staff and scientific community.
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computational Science, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Very good understanding of fundamental fluid mechanics.
- Several years' experience with commercial CFD software (e.g., ANSYS, Fluent, CFX) required.




Multiphase flow simulation experiences are an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy: programming, scripting or data science experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach, with the flexibility to work across disciplines and communicate ideas effectively.
- Fluency in English - other languages a plus.
