We're hiring a **Remote Recruiter** who will support our talent acquisition efforts across clinical and administrative roles.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (primarily **Google Sheets**)
- Support multiple job openings simultaneously via Indeed and other platforms




- Take initiative to improve hiring processes and strategies
- Collaborate effectively in a fully remote work environment
**Requirements**:
- Proficient with **Google Workspace** (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Fluent conversational English and Spanish**:
- Experience in recruiting or customer support (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Must be able to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone.

**Pay range: 3.5 to 5 USD/h**
**Working hours**:9AM - 5PM as needed - Pacific Standard Time
