**Responsibilities**
- Lead projects from start to closure with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external, using PMI & Agile methodologies
- Lead complex financial evaluations to propose attractive investment projects to the company
- Have exceptional budget controlling; lead bidding processes for new assets, PO submittals, Invoicing control and meet annual investment budget plan
- Achieve annual productivity goals with new projects that are creative and economically feasible
- Promote collaboration between different departments within the facility
- Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and upper management
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
**Requirements**:
- BA degree
- 3+ years working in operations (logistics, manufacturing, quality, etc.)
- Proven working experience in project management
- Proven working experience in budget controlling
- English Advanced
- MS Office
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, disciplined and dedicated professional
- Certification / courses in PMI/Agile/SCRUM are a plus
