- Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

**_YOU MUST HAVE _**
- 4+ years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.




- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling tools.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge on ERP systems (Sap).
- _Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
