**QUALITY ENGINEER PVT**
**(intermediate level)**
**Experience Level**:
1.5 to 3 years of experience in similar positions.
**Education**:
- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, intern or graduate.
- English: Advanced.
**Required Knowledge**:
- Experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
- Excel (pivot tables) and databases.
- Data entry skills, ability to manage multiple sources of information and distribute it to the appropriate teams.
- Understanding of vehicle architectures and components.
- Product inventory management, product development, warranty, or field product analysis.
**Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management and project planning.
- Teamwork.
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Generate best practices for quality, process improvements, and standardization.
- Drive innovation through the use of dashboards and the automation of manual processes.
- Early Warranty Reports
- Responsible for managing and distributing the weekly QPST agenda.
- Thoroughly analyze quality metrics related to warranty, cost, NPS, and IQS.
- Monitor and analyze issues detected on the assembly line,



coordinating corrective actions with engineering teams, suppliers, and/or customers.
- Evaluate and propose design solutions to improve cost, quality, delivery, and product performance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards to visualize warranty data and support data-driven decision-making.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Analyze vehicle quality data and manage technical documentation.
