**Salary**:20,664 MXN (gross)
**Contract Type**:Fixed Term Contract until March ****, with possibility of extension.
**Location**:Mexico City

**Role Purpose**
In this role, you'll support the delivery of the GREAT campaign and associated marketing initiatives within the Study UK campaign in the USA, contributing to the successful completion of ******* planning and achievement of business objectives.
The role will work in close collaboration with the Project Manager, Study UK, and the regional Education Hub to ensure effective implementation of the marketing strategy.
This includes engaging key audiences and promoting the UK as a first-choice study destination.
**Main accountabilities but not limited to the following**
- Support the Project Manager in the delivery of the yearly plan, including logistics coordination and monitoring of both digital and in-person marketing activities/events.
- Contribute to the planning, promotion, and execution of face-to-face marketing and recruitment events for the UK higher education sector, such as conferences, networking events, exhibitions, ceremonies and education fairs.
- Create content (organic and paid) for social media and the British Council USA webpage,



proposes and oversees community engagement initiatives in line with Study UK branding and communication guidelines.
- Gather insights from audience data to support targeted messaging and improve engagement.
- Participate in campaign development by evaluating performance, providing recommendations, and supporting the deployment of improved strategies.
- Monitor and maintain paid advertising campaigns, track performance metrics, and produce reports to assess results and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and UK-based teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components - including, review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and messaging.
- Ensure accurate and relevant data collection to inform strategic decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.Respond promptly to requests and queries from local and regional stakeholders.
- Manage social media accounts, identify engagement opportunities, and support live digital events such as webinars and livestreams.
- Assist with financial processes, including procurement and invoicing.
- Coordinate closely with external consultants and agencies to support the creation and delivery of content, ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs and timelines.
- Liaise with UK higher education institutions and partners to gather content, coordinate participation in events,



and align messaging.
**Requirements of the role**
- Knowledge of digital marketing, marketing or business.
paid search, display and reporting/analytics.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms, as well as analytics software to track audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Experience in campaign planning and budgeting to optimize expenditure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A relevant degree e.g. marketing, business, communications, or equivalent level of experience.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English at level B2 is required.
C1 in Spanish is also required.
**Additional Information**
- Must have a valid visa to enter the USA, and be able to travel to the USA on average once a month.
- Weekend work will occasionally be required (to attend events, etc).
Occasional meetings outside of regular working hours (to connect with other regions).
