**Back-End Developer Hybrid in Guadalajara Jalisco**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **API Development**: Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless front-end integration.
- **Database Management**: Develop and maintain relational and non-relational databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
- **Server-Side Logic**: Write clean, efficient, and scalable server-side code using **Node.js, Python, Java, or.NET**.
- **Security & Compliance**: Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.
- **Performance Tuning**: Optimize server performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- **Documentation & Testing**: Maintain clear documentation and write unit/integration tests to ensure code reliability.
**Technical Skills Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in **back-end development**.
- Proficiency in server-side languages (**Node.js, Python, Java**).
- Experience with **SQL and NoSQL databases**.
- Familiarity with **API design and integration**.
- Understanding of **Git** and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of **security best practices**.
**Preferred Qualifications**:




- Experience with cloud platforms (**AWS, Azure, GCP**).
- Familiarity with **Docker** and **Kubernetes**.
- Exposure to **CI/CD pipelines**.
- Experience with **microservices architecture**.

**Location & Schedule**:
- Location: Hybrid - Guadalajara, Jalisco (3 days on-site at NTT Data offices, Av. Mariano Otero ****).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
- Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude
