Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations
- Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence and analysis
- Conduct external benchmarking and talent mappings to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders
- Effectively utilize ATS tools to capture metrics for all recruiting activities
- Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent
- Be the market knowledge expert and provide insights to recruiters and Leaders
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Experience working either in a BPO or recruitment agency.




- Knowledge of labor market trends and insights into the call center industry.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leaders
- Energetic, adaptable, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives
- Ability to independently make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and anticipate future needs.
Ability to work independently with mínimal direction/supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Advanced internet recruiting and Boolean search string skills.
- Knowledgeable of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Results oriented self-starter with demonstrated time management and execution skills.
- Highly customer service focused and team oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
