**Commercial Procurement Manager**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive the outcome-based definition of project scopes, team management, and deliverables, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery within time and budget
- Represent Commercial Procurement in Mission Teams and coordinate Procurement-specific input across relevant Procurement Areas
- Steer the general rollout of Procurement Enablement initiatives across the Commercial Procurement sub-teams
- Proactively identify areas with room for improvement and develop concrete project proposals on how to address these
- Strongly engage with related Communities of Practice
- Bring specific PRO process knowledge to support projects
- Demonstrate DSO behaviors: Focus on outcomes, be your best self, include others, collaborate with accountability, co-create for the customers, act, learn fast, and evolve
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Master or equivalent degree in science, engineering, or business management




- Corporate experience in project-related environments
- Solid background and expertise in Procurement and Procurement processes and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong collaboration, influencing, and communication competencies
- Proven experience in change management and project management
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to drive implementation
- High proficiency level in written and spoken English
