**About the role**
This role supports daily activities that are critical for Production to achieve best performance, while also leading the introduction of novelties on the shopfloor.
Responsibilities include data collection, master sampler administration, reporting, routings, and ensuring that all required documentation is complete and available for mass production.
**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure the proper introduction of novelties into the operational area.
- Update and maintain novelty data reports.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with IMS requirements.
- Prepare and update NPI&E; huddle reports.
- Collect novelty samples
- Provide support during new product testing.
- Manage and maintain the Simplicity Room
**What are we looking for?
**
- A proactive person with initiative and problem-solving mindset.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP (consult information in SAP & LPS)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Team player attitude.
What you'll bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with production processes, routings, or continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and general teams.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and SAP is a plus.
