We are expanding and looking for a **Recruiter** to join our growing team!
***Key Responsibilities**:
- Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms;
- Reviewing and filtering CVs accurately;
- Conducting initial interviews via phone or messaging apps;
- Conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet;
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads;
- Preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** recruiting for roles in **sales, marketing, or customer service;**:
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;




- Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude;
- Willingness to grow professionally in the **Human Resources** field;
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously;
- ** Fluent in Spanish and English.
