As a** Production Planner**, you will be responsible for the Production Plan and the Production Planning process, aligning the Demand Plan with the Supply Plan, and developing the quarterly and annual Production Plan.
You will also monitor daily compliance with production, service level, and working capital targets.
You will report to the Production Planner Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Demand plan analysis and preparation of a quarterly production plan, incorporating market information and sensitivity provided by Sales, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Development of strategies to increase the accuracy of the monthly production plan (Production Attainment) and the alignment of the production plan with the rest of the supply chain (raw material supply, working capital reduction strategies, higher service levels, lower operating costs).
- Preparing reports and indicators to address promotions, campaigns, and sudden seasonal changes.
Monitoring the production plan and building inventory for campaign products—especially at start-up and close-out—developing recovery plans when sales are seasonally high and ensuring compliance with these plans with plants.
**Qualifications**
- Experience 3 or more years of Supply Chain
- Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Advancing knowledge in Demand, Supply and Production Planning
- Advanced English level
