The IT Analyst is a hands-on, proactive, and dynamic professional responsible for analyzing, transforming, and validating data from multiple systems to deliver accurate, structured, and actionable information.
This role takes ownership of maintaining and optimizing integrations, data flows, and technology tools, while actively supporting automation initiatives and continuous improvement.
The Analyst is a doer who thrives in execution—collaborating with IT, Operations, and other business units to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and implement practical solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT, data analysis, or system integrations (experience in 3PL/logistics environments is a plus).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, advanced functions, data validation).
- Solid understanding of data structures (JSON, XML), databases, and REST APIs.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Apps Script, or similar) and scripting/programming (Python, SQL, JavaScript preferred).




- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) and WMS platforms (Extensiv or similar).
- Hands-on mindset, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with effective written and verbal communication skills.
