Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an _Operations Manager _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Production Manager, Operations Manager role involves_ _Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels._
- _ Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI._
- _ Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints._
- _ Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence._
- _ Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices._
- _ Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to._
- _ Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews._




- _ Coach and mentor Operations team._
- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Experience as Operations Manager and Engineering management experience_
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
_
- _ Experience in electronic manufacturing._
- _ People management._
- _ Knowledge of all electronics assembly processes SMT, Test, integration and proven experience interacting with all engineering support areas._
- _ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public._
