**About this opportunity**
In this position, you will play a key role in the **implementation and integration phases of the NRO process**, ensuring that customer services are delivered according to Ericsson's quality standards.
You will be responsible for **integration, optimization, scripting, and coordination with suppliers**, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and integral teams.
**What you will do**
- Perform **integration and optimization activities**, including scripting and site scheduling
- Ensure **first-time-right implementation**, driving quality and efficiency in rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage **stakeholder relationships**:
- Lead and supervise **Authorized Service Providers (ASPs)**, ensuring compliance with quality and timelines
- Drive **change management and continuous improvement initiatives**:
- Ensure adherence to Ericsson's standards, processes,



and safety guidelines
- Support customer and supplier acceptance procedures
- Provide reporting on progress, risks, and deviations
**The skills you bring**
- ** 2-3 years of Telecom experience** (Integration/Optimization/Scripting)
- ** English: Advanced**:
- Strong **soft skills**: communication, motivation, learning agility, stakeholder management, leadership
- Flexibility to rotate between **Day, Late, Night shifts** (low possibility of Night shift) and provide **on-demand weekend support**:
- Preferred**:Project/Implementation Management** experience and supervising suppliers (ASPs)
- Desirable**:NRO process** knowledge and **RAN portfolio** understanding (5G, RBS HW)
- RF background could also be considered
