On-site**The Impact You'll Make**
- As our MT Tooling Technician, you'll play a key role in ensure the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of the automated aluminum manifold punching line through technical operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement- Your impact?
Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering departments to optimize the process, train operators on basic operation and safety aspects of the line, comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- You'll collaborate with functions and take ownership of tools helping us move toward a more efficient future.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Operate and monitor the performance of automated punching cells.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or basic programming failures.
- Ensure compliance with quality parameters in produced parts.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and peripheral equipment.
- Document incidents, adjustments, and technical reports.
**What We're Looking For**
- Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and basic PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.).
- Use of measuring instruments: caliper, micrometer, dial indicator.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- HMI software handling (desirable).
