This position reports to the head of production
**Key Responsibilities**
- Validate all safety conditions at the beginning, during, and end of each work shift
- Effectively execute the production schedule and record deviations.
- Correctly and on time record the reservation, allocation, and consumption of materials for each production order executed in the Oracle 12 system.
- On time record the schedules for each step in the production orders executed in the system.
- Operate assigned reactors safely and in accordance with manufacturing standards, including the operation of hoppers, pots, monomer tanks, dilution tanks, and cooling tanks.
The operator is responsible for the operation of all peripheral equipment and the proper functioning of auxiliary services.
- Report and write up the status of equipment (reactors, hoppers, pots, monomer tanks, dilution tanks, and cooling tanks), and perform shift handovers on the floor according to standards.
- Validate conditions, quantities and order of addition of the materials used in the manufacture of resins and emulsions
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience preferred
- Chemical Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of polymerization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of emulsion manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of solvent-based resin manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of safe materials handling.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in reactor operation.
