We're hiring **skilled masons and tile installers** to join a multinational construction team working on **luxury building projects** across Croatia.
If you know your way around bricks, blocks, tiles, and blueprints—and you're ready to work abroad—this opportunity was made for you.
***Monthly Salary**: €1,000 - €1,500**:
**+ €100 Food Allowance**
**Approx.
in MXN**: $22,000 - $30,000
***Key Responsibilities**:
- Laying bricks, blocks, tiles, and stone with precision
- Preparing mortar and concrete
- Cutting materials and installing reinforcements
- Repairing and maintaining structures
- Plastering, waterproofing, and finishing
- Following all safety and quality standards
***Tech & Trade Skills**:
- Tile installation techniques
- Reading level/plumb line measurements
- Material calculation and planning
- Basic insulation and waterproofing methods
- Understanding international safety norms

**REQUIREMENTS**:
***What You Need**:
- 3-5 years' experience in masonry or tile work (luxury/residential projects preferred)
- Basic blueprint reading
- Experience with traditional and modern masonry methods
- International experience is a big plus
