**Education**:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer support activities.
- 2+ years of experience in support manufacturing systems.
- Experience using Postgresql, Linux and SQL.
**Knowledge**:
- Knowledge and/or experience with manufacturing systems, Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Linux.
**Skills / Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively present facts and recommendations in oral and written form.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities/Activities**:
- Analyze, test, maintain and support manufacturing systems.
- Interface with other systems and users worldwide.
- Analyze and recommend changes for performance improvements.
- Follow documentation and configuration management policies and procedures.
- Help develop test cases and support documentation.
