**Position Responsibilities**
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws (LFT, IMSS, STPS).
- Oversee ethics and compliance matters.
- Maintain a direct connection with employees on the production floor, ensuring HR remains accessible and engaged.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including pre-payroll reviews and compliance checks.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, accountancy or related field.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Knowledge in TRESS system.
- 5+ years HR / recruitment manager experience, including supervisory experience.
- Experience managing HR for a manufacturing facility.
- Labor relations expertise, with knowledge of Mexican labor laws (LFT, IMSS, STPS regulations), payroll processes, and employee benefits.
