**What will you do?
**
The Lean Manufacturing Standardization & Training Specialist will focus on developing and implementing standard operating procedures and training programs that enhance efficiency and promote a continuous improvement culture across manufacturing operations.
This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying best practices, and leading training initiatives to empower teams to embrace Lean methodologies and improve overall productivity.
**How will you do it?
**
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for standardization and improvement.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) that reflect best practices in Lean manufacturing.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels to ensure understanding and adherence to Lean principles.
- Utilize Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training materials and resources that support Lean initiatives.




- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of training and standardization efforts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovative suggestions from team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate training outcomes and process improvements to management.
**What are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and train employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Lean tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence change.
