Operations Manager
**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
In this role, you will act as the technical lead for all engineering activities within assigned projects.
You will ensure that all engineering disciplines are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
You will also serve as the design authority for your discipline, overseeing the completion of engineering deliverables.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
Integral relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
This role is contributing to the Robotics Business Unite in Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate engineering teams (fewer than 10 members), including both in-house and outsourced resources.
- Support project installation, commissioning, and site activities by clarifying technical issues and resolving engineering errors.




- Guide project engineers and designers in translating conceptual designs into engineering documentation, including modeling, prototyping, and calculations.
**What it takes to Run what runs the world**
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably using CATIA, SolidWorks, and/or AutoCAD.
- Experience in mechanical manufacturing processes, ideally related to the steel and/or aluminum industry.
- Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with clients and/or suppliers.
- Advanced English proficiency is needed.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience conducting static and dynamic studies for tool testing is a plus.
- Previous experience leading engineering teams is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed.
