General Purpose:
Primary Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level.
- In charge of the hourly recruitment.
- Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriate.
- Utilize social media, LinkedIn, Job boards, ATS, employee referrals and networking to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions.
- Work with Manager of Recruiting to create best practices for recruiting.
- Provide data for recruiting metrics.
Knowledge/Experience
- Experience on performing the analysis of open positions, determining the necessary technical and soft skills
- Self-motivated with customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Education, Skills Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Professional
- English.
- Recruiting experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industries.
- Experience working in ATS, MS Excel,



MS TEAMs; experience with Workday, Smartsheets, and other online/collaboration technology a plus.
- Team player who can also work independently and multitask.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, manage changing priorities, and work with a sense of urgency.
