- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Buyer Direct_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct, Buyer Direct role involves_ _Coordinates activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and equipment._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Tracking metrics, challengers, placement, push-out, and dispatching according to customer requirements and production plans._
- _ Maintaining relations with the suppliers._
- _ Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production._
- _ Receiving and handling the confirmations._
- _ Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List._
- _ racking shipments, urging them if needed._
- _ Regular, weekly check of the stocks, avoiding overstock._
- _ Minimizing the risk of obsolescence with the help of the weekly check of the obsolete report._
- _ Correspondence with the freight forwarders, warehouses, and in case organizing the transportation._




- _ Dealing with claims, settling debit and credit issues._
- _ Filing and recording all necessary documents_
- _ Checking the inventory of critical materials (personally if needed) according to the Shortage List._
- _ Getting in touch with the right warehouse personnel and having the discrepancy modified if there is any inventory discrepancies._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor's degree or related engineering degree._
- _ Advanced English._
- _ Advanced Excel._
- _ Advanced MRP._
- _ Ability to read, research and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations._
- _ Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures._
- _ Ability to effectively present information and acknowledges to questions from groups._
- _ Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations._
- _ Good communication skills._
- _ Good organizational skills._
