**Position Overview**
- The human resources generalist is responsible for executing tasks related to Human Resources, acting as a strategic point of contact for the company's employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures._
**What you'll do**
- _Organizational development, looking at issues of work environment, culture and change management._
- _Promote human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace._
- _Management of labor relations by taking appropriate measures with employees who violate rules and regulations._
- _Design, elaborate and update Human Resources metrics ensuring compliance with the indicators.

- _Develop and implement internal communication strategies._
- _Develop creative content for the different communication channels.
_Design graphic materials_
- _engaging and efficient (printed materials, digital presentations, and videos)_
- _Implementation of HR projects._
- _Administration and follow-up to the "Suggestion Box".

- _Support for the organization's social events._
**Who you are**
- _3 years of experience in human resources._
- _Solid knowledge in Labor Relations._
- _Excellent customer service skills._
- _General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures._
- _Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration or International Business or related.

- _Knowledge of HR Management Systems._
- _Proficiency in Excel._
- _Advanced English._
