**General Responsibilities**:
- Work With operators to Set Up / Adjust Machines Quick and Effective Following SMED
- Report KPI's of Productivity and Quality per company Policy
- Work With operator to Optimize Production speeds at al Times to Improve Productivity
- Work With Engineering to update Production Records and reports to monitor each shift performance
- Work as a team to Reduce Roll Changes in Bagging to improve productivity
- Control and Report Finish Good Products based on production Plans
- Coordinate and Execute Preventive Maintenance Daily per Schedule
- Work With QA team to resolve Quality alerts and Complaints and provide corrective actions
- Responsible to Meet and Follow HACCP and GMPs systems
