**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Compliance analyst is accountable of support consults, guidance audit and provide an import/export analysis resolution.
Follow up customs risk and is responsible for driving compliance initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on regulatory and legal customs matters at both the regional and general levels:
1. Support internal inquiries for regional regulatory analysis and trade compliance execution for ocean operations.
2. Support Import/export data validation and auditing to ensure business continuity for ocean operations.
3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Gov. Affairs, Procurement, Legal).
The Compliance Analyst support and the development and implementation of compliance strategies, ensuring BU aligns with global trade regulations and standards.




**Your Impact**
As **SC Sr Compliance Analyst** your responsibilities would consist of:
- Compliance Execution: Support the implementation of compliance initiatives across PFNA, PBNA, Pepsico Canada, PGCS, PMF, Andean, Caricam, SOCO, Brazil and extended groups, aligning with global strategies and ensuring regional teams adhere to compliance objectives.
- Risk Assessment: Participate in the identification of compliance risks and collaborate with internal teams to develop mitigation plans for the PFNA, PBNA, Pepsico Canada, PGCS, PMF, Andean, Caricam, SOCO, Brazil and extended groups region.
- Team Support: Provide support to junior analysts within the compliance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Regional Regulatory Expertise: Serve as a point of contact for PFNA, PBNA, Pepsico Canada, PGCS, PMF, Andean, Caricam, SOCO, Brazil and extended groups -specific regulatory issues, assisting in analyzing regulatory changes and their impact on business operations.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal teams on operational tasks related to import/export processes.
- Policy Implementation: Execute established policies and procedures to standardize compliance practices across the region, ensuring adherence to global standards.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on compliance performance for PFNA, PBNA, Pepsico Canada, PGCS, PMF, Andean, Caricam, SOCO,



Brazil and extended groups and global leadership, highlighting key areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the compliance framework, aiming to optimize operational efficiency.
