**Molded Foam Supervisor**:** Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily molded foam production activities to meet output goals.
- Monitor and adjust processes to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production schedules.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members in proper molding and foam production techniques.
- Schedule work shifts and assign tasks based on production requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent defects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of molding machines and equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, efficiency, and waste reduction.




- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Maintain and update documentation for production procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and conducting safety training.
- Respond to and investigate accidents or incidents, implementing corrective measures
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in foam molding, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with foam molding processes and machinery.
- Experience with production management systems (ERP).
- Green belt of Black Belt certified
- 60% English Language.Writen/Read/Spoken
