**What you will do**:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the distribution center to ensure the timely filling and shipping of customer orders.
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, overseeing cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Log inventory transactions accurately and maintain updated records.
**How you will do it**:
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with company policies.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping accuracy, inventory management, and order fulfillment efficiency.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff to optimize operational performance and productivity.




- Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless logistics and address any operational challenges.
**What we are looking for**:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
