Molex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit (CMSBU) - Vehicle Antenna Solutions segment at our Guadalajara manufacturing plant.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of automotive programs, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with financial, quality, and timing goals.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve program success, fostering collaboration and effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Oversee program planning, execution, and tracking, ensuring alignment with the Product Development Process (PDP) and organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating project status and aligning activities with strategic objectives.
- Allocate and manage resources such as personnel, budgets, technology, and materials to meet program targets.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and implement improvements to enhance program success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project profitability post-launch.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in business or an engineering discipline applicable to the role.
- 7+ years of experience developing automotive products with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
- 5+ years of experience managing automotive launches, including leading multiple technical projects and meeting financial, quality, and timing objectives.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- MBA or Master's degree in Program Management or a technical discipline.
- Experience in the development and launch of vehicle antenna systems or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, or similar tools.
