**JOB TITLE**
Prof-Administrative Services GITC Operations
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Development, delivery and management of key communications at Global IT Center (GITC)
- Lead training program delivery and support the execution of the training plans at GITC
- Define and lead employee engagement groups at GITC:
- Define and lead Internship program and summer camps: Talent Land project
- Support all employee engagement activities.
- Define and lead GITC branding activities: liason with the local chambers, universities and Talent Land
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills




- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience required,
- Worked in a general & multi-cultural environment.
