**Job Summary**:
Our company is growing and we're in search of a recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for our US corporate (English only).
As a Sourcer, you will join a team of all-star professionals as we partner with hiring managers to fill our company's vacancies in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions across the United States.
- Meet established metrics and KPIs.
- Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Prior sourcing/recruiting experience _or _relatable customer service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Suite, databases and other softwares.
- Full English proficiency - this will be evaluated during the interview process.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's in Psychology (preferred), BA, or a field related
- Preferred experience in psychometric tests
- Good attitude!
