**Type**: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
**Salary**: $40,000 MXN gross/month + attractive commissions

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a **Technical Sales Engineer** with a strong background in microcomponents and deep experience in sales.
This is a high-impact, field-based role for a driven professional who excels in building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored technical solutions to OEMs and contract manufacturers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sell and promote high-performance electronic and semiconductor components
- Provide technical support and product insight to OEM and CM clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strategic engagement
- Conduct regular field visits in CDMX, Querétaro, Estado de México, Puebla,



Guanajuato, and Tlaxcala
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to drive project success
- **Bachelor's Degree** in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- **Proficiency in English (90% or higher)** - both spoken and written
- **Extensive experience in technical sales** focused on microcomponents, semiconductors, or electronic solutions
- Strong understanding of OEM/CM environments and industrial client needs
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset
- Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
- High integrity, responsible, and customer-focused
- Must **own a vehicle** and be open to frequent regional travel
