To ensure the correct industrialization of new process and products, implementation of new technologies and automatizations related, as well as output fulfilment vs planning requirements.
- Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity)
- Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
- Provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production.
Deliver Improvement and innovation of Process to enhance the automation level of production lines
- Design of Work Instruction Files (WI) and Process Flow Chart Files
- Continuous improvement using Lean method to improve production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality
- Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product,
propose and take preventive improvement measures
- Design and improve fixtures to facilitate operator operation, improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Provide product quotation services for customers
- VTS, I4 and corporative tools.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bilingual English/Spanish Language,
- Industrial engineering or mechanical or electronic engineering and related majors.
- At least 3 years of PIE work experience in large-scale EMS electronic or medical equipment, proficient in using IE methods.
