About the RoleWe're looking for a highly organized and technically minded CRM & Marketing Operations Associate to support campaign execution across multiple brands within our portfolio, as well as support and onboarding for new clients.
This role will report directly to the Trivelta CRM Manager and the product manager for Bonus & Marketing Engineering.
In this role, you will work closely with both marketing and engineering teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals.This is an idóneo role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, marketing technology, and creative execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in building, testing, and deploying campaigns across various channels: email, push, in-app messaging via BrazePartner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure CRM workflows are technically sound and meet user targeting requirementsPerform QA and troubleshooting for dynamic content, personalization logic, segmentation,



and deliverability creative input abnormalitiesHelp maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and asset libraries across brandsCollaborate with lifecycle and promotional initiatives, contributing both operational and creative inputSupport performance tracking, innovation, reporting, and flagging of issues or abnormalitiesQualificationsExperience in CRM Operations, email marketing, automation, or a similar support functionFamiliarity with Braze or a comparable CRM platformExperience and/or interest in the American sports and casino gaming industryWorking knowledge of HTML, Liquid and player segmentationDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable communicating across teams, including engineeringPassion for digital products in sports, gaming, or entertainmentThis position is onsite at our Monterrey, MX office.
