This role is responsible for understanding complex customer applications, recommending optimal product solutions, and delivering technical training to ensure successful implementation.The idóneo candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with excellent communication skills and thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical interface for customers, supporting product selection and application developmentEvaluate customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions tailored to performance, cost, and manufacturabilityDeliver technical training and product education to customers and internal stakeholdersPartner closely with sales teams to support business development and customer engagement effortsCollaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with production capabilitiesSupport troubleshooting and problem-solving for critical customer applicationsParticipate in on-site customer visits, trials, and validation activitiesProvide feedback to engineering and leadership on market needs, product gaps,
