POSITION OBJECTIVE
Manage and supervise the training team's activities at the training center to ensure and manage the induction process that meets organizational objectives, safety, quality, productivity, personal development, and costs, in accordance with the BRP standard for new and current employees, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, BRPMS, and ISO standards.
Manage and verify compliance with the team's activities and evaluate them to follow up on development and training plans that strengthen them, while simultaneously collaborating with different departments.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Operational Management
Plan, execute, and monitor the center's projects and strategies aligned with Production and BRPMS tools.
Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, quality policies, and internal controls.
Supervise and optimize the training center's activities, ensuring the correct implementation of process changes and improvements.
Maintain and improve the center's internal controls.
Training and Development
Coordinate ongoing training programs, onboarding, and specific plans with other areas and the Business Unit.
Oversee the team's skill development, ensuring adequate resources and tools.
Train, delegate activities, and monitor the skill development of the team in charge.
Ensure the availability and optimal use of the necessary tools for the training team.
Continuous Improvement and Communication
Identify opportunities for improvement within and outside the center.
Promote the job rotation tool and ideas through campaigns, events, and strategies.
Maintain effective communication with all areas of BRP Querétaro to monitor activities.




Participate in the opening and closing of PSPs when required.
Safety and Organizational Culture
Responsible for maintaining the 5S in the training center
Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety guidelines.
Promote BRP's corporate values and behaviors.
