**Job Summary**:
The Salesforce Developer will focus on **code analysis, strategy, and development**, supporting the entire **software development lifecycle (SDLC)**.
This role is responsible for **designing, coding, reviewing, testing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions**.
The Developer collaborates with business and technical teams to translate business logic into scalable code and adapts to evolving requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement **Salesforce solutions** using **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flows, APIs, and web services**:
- Customize **VisualForce pages**, develop **Apex triggers**, controllers, and batch processes
- Integrate **third-party systems using RESTful APIs** and **Salesforce security best practices**:
- Participate in **code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging** using built-in Salesforce tools
- Develop and optimize **test suites in Apex** for automated testing
- Ensure compliance with **Salesforce coding standards, deployment best practices, and security implementations**:
- Work in an **Agile Scrum environment**, actively contributing to **iterative development and process improvement**
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (**Titulado**)
**Experience**:




- **5+ years of total development experience**, with **at least 3 years of relevant Salesforce experience**:
- Strong expertise in **Salesforce Sales Cloud & Communities solutions**:
- Proficiency in **Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, REST/SOAP APIs**:
- Experience with **Agile methodologies and Scrum teams**:
- Experience working in **global delivery environments** with multiple stakeholders
**Languages**:
- **English**: Intermediate-Advanced (capable of understanding and communicating effectively)
**Preferred Skills**:
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Experience in **object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns**
✔ Familiarity with **CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce**
✔ Ability to **work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders**
