The ideal candidate is an analytical, commercially minded professional with experience in freight pricing, market analysis, and transportation costs, capable of delivering accurate, competitive pricing solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Develop accurate and competitive pricing for spot and contractual freight opportunities.Analyze transportation costs, market trends, and lane data to create profitable pricing strategies.Partner with Sales to provide pricing support, cost analysis, and competitive recommendations.Balance profitability, service quality, and market competitiveness when evaluating pricing opportunities.Maintain pricing databases, market benchmarks, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.Continuously improve pricing processes, models,



and methodologies to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in pricing, freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics.Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating transportation costs and market trends.Advanced Excel skills and experience with TMS and pricing tools.Advanced English (B2 or higher).
