**What will you do?
**
Successfully direct a team of Supplier Quality Engineers in their development in maintaining and improving the SMT commodity standards.
Establish a workload that focuses on identifying and solving APQP work directly with Supplier Leadership, Engineering and Purchasing.
See opportunities for improvement in product, process and people standards that will move reactive work into dedicated execution.
React to out of standard conditions within the supply base and provide leadership to immediate resolution.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
