**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
**The Senior Accounting Assistant** will provide support in addressing the new requirements and regulations imposed by the authorities as a result of increased tax audits.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation and submission of DIOT
- Support in the timely submission of electronic accounting
- Review and analysis of the SAT tax mailbox to follow up on invitation letters
- Review and analysis of the IMSS mailbox
- Review and reconciliation of monthly and bimonthly IMSS and Infonavit reports
- Preparation of information for requesting VAT credit balance refunds
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong analytical skills.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours, closing periods, or weekends.
- Ability to meet concurrent deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a creative and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and tactful communication skills.
- Knowledge of VAT refund preparation
- Knowledge of payroll and bimonthly variables
