**Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate KOS events (9 per year) and support all teams.
- Coach and execute Lean tools.
- Manage annual SAP maintenance, including routes, rework, losses, slip, and glaze weights.
- Maintain up-to-date and standardized Layered Process Audits.
- Keep standard work studies updated.
- Achieve KOS savings targets, report savings monthly, meet objectives, and create new target lists annually.
- Conduct monthly meetings with senior leadership (General Supervisors and Managers) to report results and continuous improvement strategies.
- Provide support to all plant areas in structural manufacturing to improve productivity, safety, and quality (Kaizen Team).
- Coordinate the plant's operations certification program and manage all documentation for external ISO audits.
- Comply with Safety and Health Functions and Responsibilities established for this position.
Education:



Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
Master's degree required.
Experience: 5 years in a similar position.
Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Lean Manufacturing Philosophy, and Quality Systems.
Black Belt in Six Sigma and bilingualism preferred.
