1. Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Information Technology or a related field.
2. Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale cross-functional projects in a technology or cloud services environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Experience working with sales marketing finance and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience with manipulating and analyzing data to test hypotheses
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex governance processes.
3. Skills
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports and dashboards for tracking progress and performance.
- Expertise in change management and driving organizational change initiatives.
- Strong networking skills and experience in stakeholder management at the executive level.
- Experience with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks.
- Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project Jira or Asana.
4. Language
- Fluent English Proficient Spanish and/or Portuguese desired
