**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures.
- Identify document and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing and post-implementation phases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
**Qualifications**
- Must have experience in CITS.NET Java and Visual Basic.
- Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
**Certifications Required**
- ISTQB Certified Tester Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable
