OverviewPosition: Team Leader – Manufacturing OperationsLocation: Calzada Manuel Gomez Morin #****, Mexicali, Mexico.ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.Lead the RTPR meetings, monitor and coordinate manufacturing team activities, focusing on individual and overall team achievement to accomplish policy deployment objectives.Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within the manufacturing facility.Actively involved in real‐time problem resolution, evaluate progress and results, and determine improvements needed in operating procedures or objectives.Support company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing; perform the role with minimum supervision and deliver exceptional results.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar position.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.Ability to communicate in English at a 70% level,



with sufficient conversational skills to participate in meetings and handle professional interactions.Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.Knowledge in personnel management and ability to develop recovery plans.Result‐oriented with excellent communication skills.Ability to provide direction on technical and complex issues to support personnel.Schedule availability and line balancing.Preferred QualificationsExposure to ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.Visa and travel availability.Power BI skills.Equal Employment OpportunityRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
